1-On-1 Coaching
Perfect for Companies and Individuals
In our one-on-one coaching engagements you can expect weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly sessions, depending on your preference.
Also included is on-demand messaging so you have support when you need it the most and a complimentary 360 assessment in tracks one and two below.
We offer three distinct tracks to fit your needs.
Track 1: Deep Dive
The deep dive is designed for behavioral change and measurable growth and is a minimum of 6 months in duration. Leaders can expect to walk away with actionable insights that drive immediate change in addition to ongoing, deeper work that will create lasting transformation.
For executive sponsors, we offer pre- and post-pulse surveys and up to three 30-minute progress meetings.
Typical engagement length is 6-12 months.
Track 2: 360 Sprint
In this streamlined engagement, 360 assessments are utilized to prioritize high impact areas and create a targeted growth plan. You can expect a 360 assessment debrief and up to three 60-minute coaching sessions.
A typical engagement length is 2-3 months.
Track 3:Â Career Accelerator
This targeted engagement is designed for individuals who are ready to level up in their current career or pivot to a new one. A complimentary resume review is included, along with six 60-minute coaching sessions.

Created for Individuals
If you’re interested in coaching separate from your company and team, but looking for a more affordable option, group engagements are a unique opportunity to tap into the power of coaching within a group of peers. Group engagements are collaborative in nature, providing our members both direct access to a certified executive coach, and affording opportunities to connect with like-minded leaders outside of your day-to-day working relationships.
Coaching sessions are held bi-weekly or monthly (based on the availability of the group members). You can expect six 2-hour coaching sessions within a group of 6-10 people.
Optional Enhancement: 360 Sprint
A 360 sprint provides up to 3 individual coaching sessions and a debrief.
